An executive leader who provided diverse and multi-cultural approaches and solutions to answer a wide variety of client needs within the agency and the Las Vegas community. Managed key agency operations, including $1.5 million budget and employee development/satisfaction. Oversaw grants process from application through implementation. Developed and implemented client programs. Advocated for clients and Las Vegas community at local and state levels. Actively involved in volunteer and civic organizations. Built strong community, donor, and board/employee relationships. Provided individual and family therapy services, developed policies and procedures for new businesses and oversaw all fiscal aspects of businesses.

Managed a team of 30+ providers and employees, handling all professional and personnel issues. Created policies and procedures for interns and staff. Built relationships with state and local leaders. Development and implementation of marketing plans, resulting in growth of over 200+ clients and $1.5 million gross annual revenue. Actively involved in the community. State of Nevada lead for Red Flag Awareness. Eleven years experience in market analysis and planning.
